Product prices and shipping fees shown on our website do not include any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees that may be charged by the destination country or region.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at contact@mail.sevinq.com as soon as possible.

We will do our best to help if your order has not yet entered processing or shipment preparation. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or change the order.

If your order has already been shipped, you may still contact us after receiving the package and follow our return policy where applicable.

  1. Does Sevinq ship to my country?

Sevinq ships to many countries and regions worldwide. However, due to logistics limitations, customs restrictions, or applicable laws and regulations, we are currently unable to ship to certain countries or regions.

At this time, we do not ship to the following countries or regions:

· Brazil
· Philippines
· Indonesia
· Cuba
· Iran
· Sudan
· Syria
· North Korea

Shipping availability may change depending on carrier service, customs rules, and regional restrictions. If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that location.

  1. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over US$79.99.

For orders under US$79.99, the standard shipping fee is US$5.99.

From time to time, we may offer site-wide free shipping promotions during special sale periods. Please refer to the promotion details shown on our website at the time of purchase.

  1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Processing Time: 3–5 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier service, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking information to become available after your package has been shipped.

  1. What if my package does not arrive?

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@mail.sevinq.com.

We will help check the shipping status with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered due to carrier-related issues, we may offer a suitable solution, such as reshipping the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Sevinq is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
